the staff were super nice and the apartment was spacious for our family. location was great, with restaurants and supermarkets just a walk away. also, having a kitchenette was a plus for makin' quick meals. the pool area was clean, and even tho it was cold in december, the kids still enjoyed it. overall, had a pleasant stay and would love to come back!

Braw, relaxing stay! The staff were pure brilliant, always helpful and cheery. The surroundings were nice and quiet, clean too. Only downside was the chilly pool, couldn't enjoy it much with the December weather. But overall, a smashing time with room kept neat every day!

the room was a total disappointment—broken furniture and dust everywhere, which is at least a unique decor choice? i also asked for a key to check on my RayBans left in the first room, and i was met with total indifference from the lady at the desk. frankly, their lack of empathy is astounding. if only the 'complimentary perks' matched their supposed standards, i would’ve given a good review, but alas, no.

The staff were welcoming and always available to help.
Upon arrival, I switched rooms because the AC didn't work. the kitchen appliances were poorly cleaned, which discouraged me from cooking. I also noticed some broken furniture, including chairs both inside and on the terrace, further detracting from the experience.
